The SEG Awards ABC Level 1 Award in Safeguarding Awareness has been developed to raise awareness of the basic principles of safeguarding. This will include highlighting an individual’s responsibilities and understanding how to respond to a safeguarding issue. It will provide a basic awareness of recognising the signs of abuse and neglect. This qualification has been designed with a flexible approach allowing it to be delivered through our online platform or in a classroom setting.
